Liberal outlets are doing the happy dance after allegedly finding out that many federal employees have decided to decline President Trumps generous offer to buyout 8 months for employees who might want to leave their jobs. The official story from these MSM outlets is that as a show of "resistance", the employees are staying in their positions just to spite Trump. The outlets are claiming a win against Trump because of this. Sadly, these outlets are clearly run by some of the dumbest people in media, (which we knew already).
Why do I say that they are dumb? They are celebrating these alleged employees stepping up to be fired without that 8-month financial cushion that Trump has offered them. Yes, they are this idiotic. What do I mean? Well, let me explain it to you, and the people in the back who may not have been paying attention for too long.
During President Trump's first term, he signed a Constitutional order called Schedule F restoring the President's ability to fire all bureaucrats, people who are unelected to their positions but still are able to hold these positions. Some which have a drastic effect on how fast bills are carries out, and even how fast a Presidents orders are carried out. The president has always been considered the top executive in the executive branch. This is for good reason. One example that this has routinely been the position by most Constitutional scholars is due to the fact that a President could one day for example, face a situation where he has to fire these people. If China for example had somehow worked in a number of people to these positions, you could imagine that this could end up being a bad situation for any President, let alone the wellbeing of our country.
If the top executive had his hands tied so as not to be able to fire these people, that would be an absolutely insane situation for our Constitutional Republic. These people could literally slow-walk every single action the President ties to enact. They could sneak certain policy that benefits the Chinese government in some way as well, and the President would be left helpless against this. Democrats would be fine with it if it happened to Trump, but, what if Russia, (who they actually believe is super bad), decided to do the same under a Democrat President? I would assume their tune would be sung quite differently.
After Joe Biden was installed into office, one of the actions he took was to reverse Schedule F. Liberal media cheered this decision, because apparently the left is perfectly fine with bloated government in which unelected officials make decisions on behalf of the President and the American people who did not vote them in.
To make things even more obvious that the Democrats and RINOS are completely corrupt, the Democrat led House passed a bill titled 'Preventing a Patronage Act'. This bill passed the in the House in September of 2021. Luckily however, it failed in the Senate and went absolutely nowhere. The bill aimed to block Trump from ever being able to reinstall the Constitutional Schedule F that he enacted under his first term. It was almost like they knew even way back then that he would win again. Weird, right?
Well, Schedule F is back baby! Trump again has the Constitutional powers granted to him to be the top executive in the executive branch. He can now fire at will when it comes to these unelected employees. Now of course, mindless NPC Liberals on the left have made statements like "TruMP hAs A hiStOrY oF nOt PayIng PeOpLE!", in hopes of reaffirming these dumb employee's bad decision making. Trump has no choice but to payout once offered because of the way the Government operates. Those funds would be allotted for this purpose and would by law have to be used for this exact purpose and nothing else.
So exactly how is this a loss for the employees who are "resisting" Trump's offer? Well, if you haven't put two and two together, I will explain. They were offered 8 months of pay while not having to work, while either seeking work, travelling, or stealing other people's luggage or whatever these people do in their spare time. They have opted out of doing this. So, firstly, they will still be working under Trump. Secondly however, he can now just fire them at will without those 8 months of pay. Lose/lose for any mindless NPC. Yet, the media is cheering on these alleged "resistors", which in turn as I said earlier just illustrates that the left is the true cult. Willing to die on the saber of idiocy for their fellow cult members, simply to be propped up by left-wing media sources for fifteen minutes. Nobody knows any of these people's names, because they are nameless faceless bureaucrat weasels, but there they allegedly are doing their cult stuff.
At the end of the day, these people will wind up doing something Democrats hate. Saving the taxpayer millions by rejecting the offer and choosing to get fired without it. This is only a win for the American people, despite the Liberal MSM's claim.
