Biden Judge Cries at Trump to Pay Attention to Him

First, I would like to address any leftist NPC who will stumble across this article. I know you are about to scream, "Judges certainly have the obligation and power to uphold the law. USAID was created by a Congressional act and can only be dismantled by a Congressional act. What they are doing is illegal. The judge is doing his job.!". This is a copied comment from under where I found this article. 

I will begin with this. USAID was NOT created by congressional act. It was created by JFK via Executive Order and then later ratified by Congress. So, there is your defeated narrative. Secondly, USAID was not "dismantled". USAID still exists and is now under the control of the State Department . So, there is the second lie you parrot because your T.V. told you so.  Lastly, this Biden appointed Judge does indeed NOT have the power to demand a president does anything. President Trump is the top executive in the executive branch. He can hire, fire and move agencies however he sees fit. We do not live in a Democracy despite the narrative parroted by both sides, however, if we did, allowing unelected judges to control the whole of government would for SURE not be a Democracy. Luckily for us we live in a Constitutional Republic which grants the top executive the power to shape the government in the way he sees fit, which in turn is how the electorate who elected him would like it to be shaped. 

Resident Joe Biden did similar as well, and you had nothing to say about it when he did so. Here are three examples:

• Department of Education: Some functions were transferred to other departments as part of efforts to streamline operations.

• Department of Homeland Security (DHS): Certain responsibilities, particularly within the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) and the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA), were reallocated.

• Department of Energy: Various roles and functions were reassigned to other departments to improve efficiency.
  

I am guessing that you were unaware of these examples, that or you are just hypocrites. Furthermore, here are three examples of Joe Biden ignoring lower courts orders during his reign:

• Eviction Moratorium: The Biden administration extended the federal eviction moratorium despite a Supreme Court ruling that indicated such an extension would require congressional approval.

• Immigration Policies: A federal court blocked the Biden administration's 100-day moratorium on deportations, citing a lack of rational explanation and deeming it arbitrary and capricious.

• COVID-19 Relief Programs: Courts found that the administration engaged in systemic discrimination in implementing COVID-19 relief programs, giving preference to certain groups.
  
  

And don't forget when he disobeyed the actual Supreme Court when it came to student loan debt forgiveness. Liberals have made the claim that that was different because he didn't ignore the order, he simply found a legal workaround. Okay, great. In his order, Judge Amir H. Ali, said Trump administration officials had used his Feb. 13 order to temporarily lift the freeze on foreign aid to instead "come up with a new, post-hoc rationalization for the en masse suspension" of funding. In other words, the Trump administration found a work around just like Joe Biden had done with student loan forgiveness. 

Are you beginning to understand why you look so silly right now? Oh, who am I kidding? The crazy people who still reside on the left have 0 self-awareness because they are in an ever-shrinking cult. 

The judge seems to be quite upset that the Trump administration is operating under the same rules as previous administrations, and believes writing a new order demanding we waste more taxpayer dollars overseas on what are largely wasteful leftist ideologies forced upon other countries, whether they want them or not, will somehow reign Trumps power as the top exec in. This again will not be the case. 

This comes as many defunct NPO's responsible for much of the trafficking, aiding and abetting of illegal aliens around the country have also filed suit because they didn't end up receiving the rest of their funds for doing so. Many of these NPO's claim that they always spend more than they receive doing these types of illegal behaviors, which screams abuse to anyone who thinks critically. Catholic Charities actually admitted to assisting illegal migrants in their lawsuit as well as I showed you in a recent article. 

The Trump administration has no reason to even acknowledge that this judge is speaking to them, let alone follow the ridiculous and unconstitutional order he has thrown out for a second time. President Trump and his team will continue to carry out the will of the over 70 million voters who overwhelmingly voted for him to take these very actions.
